TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All Foodie Touring registration payments are completely non-refundable. The only exception is a minimum of seven (7) day written notice of cancellation with an explanation. Such 7 day cancellations will be limited to a 50% refund for all registration fees paid. Such refunds are limited to 50% due to partial expenses incurred to our food tour venues and the inability to rebook a cancelled tour registration on such short notice.

Tour participants assume all risks of all injuries and or illnesses related to a tour participant’s allegoric reaction or physical aversion to any food products served on our tours.

All tour participants grant Foodie Touring a promotional release and unrestricted rights and permission to copyright the use of photos, pictures and video footage for such images taken while participating in our tour programs for promotional purposes. Tour participants waive all royalties and or other potential payments for Foodie Touring use of such images for promotional purposes.
